Thing a week: Like father, like son:

A crazy (but fun) day of weapons, war, re-enactment through the centuries at Margam Park’s annual Fortress Wales festival … from Romans to the SS, from Knights to G.I’s the festival is an interesting if not slightly peculiar day out!

Thing a week ‘sign of the times’: this is kind of a reflection of the paradox of where i am at being a parent to a five year old. You find yourself teaching your child the wrongs and rights of play fighting, whether on a Wii or dressed up as cowboy, batman, transformer or soldier, the concept is the same.
